This page contains a number of walks in and around Tring. Each walk has a leaflet which you can download and print out.
The Tring Town Trail leaflet 
was published in 1994 and has now been updated. It is a walk around the centre of Tring, starting at the Walter Rothschild Zoological Museum. The leaflet includes a map and a description of places of interest in the town.
The rough locations of the walks are shown on the map below. A more detailed map, and a description, is in each leaflet.
We recommend you take an OS map with you. For walking, the best map is the OS Explorer Sheet 181 'Chiltern Hills North' at a scale of 1:25,000. Alternatively, use Landranger map Sheet 165 'Aylesbury and Leighton Buzzard' at a scale of the 1:50,000.
