Tring Town Council's Annual Community Award

The Annual Community Award goes to volunteers in recognition of their exceptional work within the Community. Last year’s winner was Polly Eaton, who through her role at High Street Baptist Church has become involved with Tring’s Justice & Peace Group, affiliated to Churches Together in Tring. She has been particularly involved with the ‘Make Tring a Bee Town’ campaign and with Tring’s Fairtrade Town status. Polly has supported and publicised a range of local and national campaigns and events to bring the global issues around the climate and biodiversity crises to greater public attention.
