All ages and abilities welcome, no experience required. £7 per session (block session saver available). Come and learn to Line Dance to music from across the decades and genres (not just country). Great exercise for body and mind – friendly, relaxed and social!

Rock ‘n’ Roll

Come and learn to dance authentic 1950’s Rock n Roll. It is an infectious style of dance. We dance to music from the likes of Elvis Presley, Bill Hayley, Chuck Berry, and Jerry Lee Lewis. It is a low to medium impact type of exercise, suitable for all ages and abilities.
