Planning Applications

The Town Council receives notice of planning applications from Dacorum Borough Council. All plans may be viewed on Dacorum Borough Council’s website: http://www.dacorum.gov.uk

Applications are considered by members of the Planning Committee on a weekly basis – discussions currently take place by electronic means. Meetings of either the Planning Committee or the Full Council take place fortnightly. A list of the plans to be considered is published on the website the Tuesday before any such meeting. This list is then updated, as necessary, on the Thursday (the notice period is short, but this is to meet Dacorum’s  deadlines). All comments for consideration by the Town Council should be sent to the Clerk to the Council at planning@tring.gov.uk  by 9:00am Monday morning.

Planning applications will next be considered at a meeting of the Planning Committee on Monday 6 December. The agenda, along with the list of planning applications to be discussed at the meeting, will be available here nearer the time.

If you require sight of any of the papers referred to in the agenda for this meeting – save for those contained in the exclusion section – please contact the Clerk to the Council at clerk@tring.gov.uk

Once meetings have taken place, the Council’s recommendations are forwarded to Dacorum Borough Council.
