The procurement process is underway for external works to the Market House a Grade II Listed two-storey building.
Works to include: Roof repairs Maintenance of rainwater goods Wall repairs and repointing Render repairs External joinery repairs External redecoration
Total estimated value excluding VAT £20,000 – £25,000
